Common overlay requirements

PET or PC material, clear window, matte or gloss surface, logo and icon printing.
Color matching, adhesive backing, embossing, dead-front graphics, and display windows.
Overlay-only supply or full membrane switch assembly with circuit and spacer layers.

Outdoor use, cleaning chemicals, finger wear, window clarity, adhesive performance, and printing registration should be confirmed before sampling.
